Is it an overstatement to say that this was our very best (kite) holiday ever? I don't think so. The Rascals kite resort is a fantastic place to kitesurf, with an amazing crew who are always there to help you. We were able to kite at several beautiful spots near the lagoon! And besides that, the resort was a nice place to chill, eat (really) good food, take a dip in the pool, have a drink and take yoga classes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! In any case, we can't wait to come back to The Rascals.

We came off season just for the beach since we don't kite. Besides us there were not many other guests. The staff upgraded us into a better room, which was extremely spacious, well equipped and super clean. The patio is nicely made and gives some space to work out and relax. The hotel is directly at the beach and also within walking distance to other beach restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly.

The hosts are so wonderful, helpful and welcoming - and that is on top of a lovely, very clean and relaxing place with really good food,too. I had the perfect time there, stayed much longer than planned and was very sad to leave. I would definitely stay there again.

Located on the beach. Rooms are small bungalows. We were upgraded to a large room with 2 double beds. My dad had the unit above us. His balcony was nicer just because it caught the breeze better. 2 pools! Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great!

The temperature perfect, warm but always ventilated: the perfect place to do kitesurf or to take the first lessons.
I did some kite lessons with Roberto of Ceylon Kite Ranch: he is very well prepared and nice (he’s an IKO instructor with several years of experience), the equipment new, the spot perfect. I improved my level very quickly!
After the lessons I usually went to have dinner to Ceylon Kite Ranch because is the only place in this area with italian food (after a month of spicy food around Sri Lanka it’s good to find a place with a “european taste”)
This area is excellent for solo trip because the people are very nice and welcoming.
