Wow, I wish we could have stayed longer!! Thank you so very much for making us feel like old friends as soon as we arrived at your little piece of paradise. From the service, rooms, pool, and facilities, everything was just perfect, and our children loved the games on offer in the main entrance. It is a perfect location to the national park and offers everything and more that you need, including delicious meals within their restaurant. A special mention to Anne, who was so very helpful helping recommend a safari driver for us and then the morning of our safari packing a delicious packed breakfast for us with tea and coffee on our return. Thanks, team Tranquil, for making us feel so very welcome and making us have wonderful memories of our stay in Yala.

Our Host was great and friendly, they also arrange the room for us and let us check in before our agreed time. They were very helpful, they even recommended great restaurants for delivery and dining in. They also offered us support in booking for a safari, but we were already booked a different offer that was slightly cheaper of the one they offered. The room is very spacious, and was very clean. The balcony is private and spacious too. It is furnished with two chill seats and is overlooked a gentle flowing river and surrounded by greenery.

The hotel is on the side of the lake, and when you open the door, you can see the birds,lotus and the water grass in the lake directly.The facilities of the hotel are simple but good.There was a problem with the air conditioning, but it was fixed quickly.There was a problem with the faucet in the bathroom wash basin. You had to use a lot of force to close the faucet or the water would drip.The hotel is very clean.Environment is very natural,and you would see stars and fireflies at night.

The camp is big and it was an overall great experience. Tent was large, with clean sheets and hot water. Nice design. There are peacocks, rabits and landmonitors around, and we heard and saw many birds. No mosquitos 🤷🏼‍♀️.At night we used flashlights to get around. Food was really good, dinner was soup + barbeque (pork and chicken) and for breakfast we had eggs, local food, fruits. The camp is very close -20 min to the Park entrance The safari was also a great experience, we had Mr Solomon with us, he shared a lot of interesting things, he gave binoculars and had a book with birds. Staff very friendly and helpfull.
