Great overall experience. By far the most well run place we stayed. Facilities room all worked well, were clean and looked after. Being able to have food on balcony is a great touch. Good selection of items on A la carte menu and well priced considering location and captive audience. Good few vegan options. They also let me bake a cake for my daughters birthday in their kitchen which was very much appreciated.

This hotel was well run and a very cool glamping experience. Customer service was excellent. We were very hungry one night after a day at the safari and the manager had the buffet set up a little earlier for us which we really appreciated. The staff made is very simple to organise trips and taxis.

Room was outstanding- beautiful view, really large with an amazing bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful in arranging our safari and showing us where to get dinner and providing us with drinks to enjoy on our balcony! Really close to the entrance to the national park, we saw lots of elephants around the perimeter of the park even before we did our safari which was wonderful.

So close to the national park, which made spending the day there really easy. Everyone who works there is so lovely and the pool area is the perfect spot to cool down, read a book and drink a cocktail! You feel as though you are truly in the middle of the jungle, and listening to the birds and watching the animals is perfect.
