Bed is fine, shower had hot water, comfortable pillows. Temperature was fine as well, my windows were looking towards forest. You can use the boat to explore the lake, playground for children and very nice porch to enjoy the nature. The hosts are welcoming. Utena is closed city (15min drive) where you can find plenty of groceries.
