I wanted a comfortable countryside house with a character, and it was exactly that. Charming house and very friendly host made our stay such a lovely experience. Bedding was great and plenty of it too. Sauna and hot tub were amazing, especially under the brightest starry sky.

Good location, good price, after reading reviews I didn't expect something extra ordinary.

This place is perfect , I can’t wait to visit in summer. And the owner is super nice , I have zero negative things to say about this place , You got everything you need + you can take a hot tub , which you should , because it’s so romantic and and relaxing and you won’t find a place with a hot tub anywhere cheaper. Best possible stay in the area, very sweet and nice owners. Even backed some pancakes with home-made jam. Would definitely repeat.

The place was larger than it looked in the photos, it had everything you could need. It was comfortable and very clean with plenty of firewood to keep you warm. Hosts were nice and will come get the fireplace ready and do some tidying while you are out. The house is situated on a farm property, so there are some houses and farm buildings on one side and on the other is a nice view of a large open field. My suggestion would be some better window blinds for privacy downstairs and better blinds for blocking light upstairs. While it was still cosy and we had a great time, this place is probably better suited for families rather than a romantic getaway. Definitely excellent value for money. Oh and it's just a few mins away from Cesvaine, which is convenient. Overall, a great place and one of the best value stays I have come across in Latvia in terms of comfort, facilities and cost per night. Thank you for a lovely time!

Immersing ourselves in the warm water of the Jacuzzi while gazing at the Winter sky was a truly magical experience. The sauna provided the perfect way to warm and rejuvenate.
