Incredible stay. Owners welcomed us saying 'you are home now' and made us feel part of the family. The food was incredible, so delicious and full of natural homegrown ingredients. Many places in Montenegro don't offer much for vegetarians but we ate like kings here. The setting and cabin was lovely, especially the view of the stars and valley, pool, very clean shower block, toilet in cabin etc. Beautiful views all around the valley. Homemade Rakija and the first night was a real party atmosphere with people who return to this place every year. Road in is a little tricky but we managed in a small hire car and it's 100% worth it. Thank you so much!

I was the first guest this year, travelling in March 2024. Marco brought his family to help him get everything up to his standards as the huts are very remote. He picked me up in Andrijevica and we drove to the huts together. He truly is ambitious to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Even though he doesn't speak English and I don't speak any Balkan language, we were able to communicate easily through gestures and google translate.
The huts have a beautiful view of the mountains. You get a full kitchen in the main house, running hot water for showering, a heater in your hut, a fridge and Marco's mom gave me a very tasty welcome juice drink. They offered more & also alcoholic drinks, but due to a doctors note I unfortunately am not allowed to drink right now, which is especially unfortunate, when you have such a welcoming family around you.
The huts are extremely good price-value and I will come again, when I come to Montenegro again. Bringing all my friends for a hike.

The owners/hosts are the most amazing people! So kind and straight away made us feel like family! If you are looking for a place to relax, wind down and forget about your regular life for a night or two - this is the place! Horses, cows and a wide range of farm animals roam around freely at the property and it adds to the feeling of tranquillity. Whatever you do, do not miss the homemade food! It is out of this world! The location is really beutiful and the hosts are the lovliest people I met. There is a swing on the property, which is very magical. The location is perfect for hiking. We easily managed to go to the Crna Glava. The house is small but very cozy. It uses wood-burning stove which definitaly adds to the expierence.
