This is a terrific new little hotel in Thulusdhoo. Donna and her husband were fantastic and went out of their way to facilitate me and my requests - even though I booked at the last minute. It has a lovely little courtyard for breakfast and nice simple styling on my room which had its own little verandah facing out to the street. Rooms were very soundproofed and super cool in the hot climate. Note the hotel is changing its name soon to Akira I think. Thulusdhoo is a magic little island - not overdeveloped and very chill. Staying a bit back from the beach was nice for me. I stayed at another hotel on the island and this one was hands down the best.

We like everything about it. It's a beautiful place with great spot to snorkel with the Shark. We had the All Inclusive and its worth every of it. Our special thanks goes to everyone working there. Thank you to Billal & the rest from Lagoon who always reaches to our needs. Our special thanks to Andreas from the housekeeping department who never fails to check on us if the room needs anything. He always keeps the room clean. Sadly we didn't see him today(27/4/24) to say goodbye. Might be his off day.. but Thank you Andreas for keeping our room clean. Last but not least... Great hotel located near the beach. It has it's own private beach where you can wear bikini (on local beacheas it is prohibited to wear only bikini). Here are sunbeds, and a bar where you can order coffee and cocktails without alcohool. The rooms are big and clean and they have AC. They are cleaning the rooms and changing the towels everyday. The stuff is very kind and helped us with a lot of advices around the island and booked us a speed from Male to the island which costs 25$ one way. Upon arrival, they offered us a blue welcoming drink which was delicious. The brekfast has omlettes, fried eggs, milk, cereals, porrage, carrots, cucumber, traditional flat bred, a lot of traditional food from locals, watermelon, papaya, pinapple, coffee, tea, some sponge cake. The food is diverse. On the 5th floor, there is an outdoor pool. I reccommend booking this hotel.

I had the perfect stay! It was like a second home and I was a member of the family! Everything you need in one location and the property is beautiful! Ahmed was totally reachable before, during and after my stay. They arranged for me and my gear to be picked up and dropped off at the ferry. They gave me an early checkin and let me stay late so I was comfortable from start to finish. Faheem made a delicious breakfast whenever I texted him so I could eat either eat before going out diving or after a surf. The rooms were immaculate with cozy beds and AC and bathrooms with a shower stall instead of spraying water everywhere. Access to the full kitchen anytime with lots of friendly guests to meet. They really thought of everything. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you Eden Blue I'll see you next time!!
