We spent one night, and it was good for that. The staff was very nice. The room is correct and we got the one in the corner so it was very quiet. Breakfast is basic but good.

Nice spacious hotel room with good AC and shower, large bed. We used the pool one evening and afternoon, it wasn't too busy and there are lights at night for a swim. There's a nice area near the pool for guests to relax and order food from the restaurant. There was a filtered water station to fill up our water bottles or make a hot tea which was nice. Parking was convenient, free and had a 24/hour security guard. Large Chedraui grocery store and mall across the road and decent restaurants around the corner. We drove to Sumidero Canyon from this hotel which was about 16 minutes drive.

Nice private room with bathroom. The scent in the room was too strong though and the front desk was pretty loud until 11.30pm, but after spending some time in Mexico we got used to it. As for Tuxtla, not really a good place for tourists, we went to see the Canyon the next day as it's really close and after that took the bus to San Cristobal!

A great couple of days here. The staff were really helpful and helped us out with some important documents that needed copying.
The swimming pool was nice.
The room was clean, well presented and comfortable.
Breakfast was included which was a surprise as it isn’t mentioned and I don’t think everyone knew about it. I asked about it as I’d seen it in another review. It was basic and help yourself but perfectly adequate and much appreciated.
Secure parking behind locked gates.
There was also an open Netflix account. We don’t watch telly while we’re travelling but as we had a couple of rest days it was a nice way to relax.
