The hotel is perfectly located, the staff very nice but the hotel need to be updated the rooms are dated and we have some issues with the shower but we had the plumber inmediatelly to fix it; despite he couldnt do it so we have contacted the reception and they have change us to another room, but then the safe was not working so at the end they have change us to another room and updated us to the 4th floor where we have free breakfast during our last 3 days left in the city.

Remarkably secure indoor parking, private with remote and roll-up door. Reserve this ahead of time, they seem to have only 1 or 2 garages for all the units! Staff was super helpful. They only speak Spanish, but called in a manager just in case English was needed. Walking distance to the cathedral and central square, for many food options. There was even free bachata dancing in the square. Great bed, great shower, good wifi. Neighborhood felt safe in late afternoon / early evening. The advice they shared was that everything is safe in the area, as long as you are in for the night by 8 or 9pm.
