We loved the close proximity to the major sights in the Historical area of Mexico City.
The choices for breakfast were healthy and delicious Eg. Fresh juices, vegetarian omelettes. The views were beautiful over the zocalo and cathedral.
The cafe where you could choose anything from the menu and included in your room rate was a lovely surprise.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, with the staff being the true highlight of our stay. The people at the concierge desk were consistently attentive and always ready to assist. The waitstaff, particularly Roberto and Gonzalo, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I want to give a special thanks to Yedid and Amsi for going above and beyond to help me find a dentist after I cracked my tooth. The dentist recommended was great and quickly fixed my tooth. I can’t say enough about this staff. They are amazing.
"The hotel is in a prime location. It has easy access to one of Mexico City's most famous landmarks the Zocalo. The property has an array of amenities, a delightful breakfast spread, and a 24/7 café and coffee bar. We enjoyed the added conveniences like complimentary bottled water and apples on every floor, along with an air-conditioned room, in-room safe and a mini fridge. I highly recommend staying here! The hotel's historic charm enhances the overall experience, creating an inviting atmosphere for those seeking to immerse themselves in the rich culture and history of Mexico City.

After there were a few problems with the payment with card and the lady at the reception at some point said there was only cash possible, she managed to use the saved card from my booking and charged it. Also as a compensation of the long waiting time on our arrival and being unable to have breakfast the next morning because the flight was too early, she offered the free airport transport of the hotel and a small lunch bag in the morning.

It was a perfect stay for one night before your next flight. The reception staff was ok, could have been more polite, but the hotel is pretty and rooms were clean.
