Staff was friendly and helpful. Nancy was a beautiful soul. I felt like old friends when we hugged goodbye. She even made sure to call me an Uber ride the morning of my departure and inquired as to the cost.
The owner made sure I had enough water to drink since I was parched after my flight. He allowed me to access my room early and even gave me an upgrade.
