Seaside was perfect for us. We travel by motorcycle and easy park at our door facing the ocean. The beach so clean and they took extra attention to make the room clean and attractive. The girl at reception walked us to our room and very helpful. The restaurant excellent.

As you walked into the room, you couldn't help but notice how tidy and clean everything was. The space had an air of serenity and calmness, making it the perfect place for a peaceful night's sleep.
The walls were painted a soft shade of blue, giving the room a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. The bed, which was neatly made with crisp white sheets, looked like it had been plucked straight out of a hotel room. The pillows were fluffy and inviting, and the duvet was the perfect weight for snuggling under on a cool night.
The room was not only visually pleasing but also had a lovely scent. The air was filled with the sweet fragrance of lavender, which made you feel instantly relaxed and at ease.
You could tell that every inch of the room had been carefully thought out, from the tasteful artwork on the walls to the plush rug beneath your feet. Even the curtains had been chosen with care, as they filtered the natural light perfectly, creating a warm and welcoming glow.
As you settled into bed, you couldn't help but feel grateful for finding such a wonderful place to rest your head. You knew that you would wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day ahead.

San Felipe is a very typical stop on the way to Baja Sur if traveling on Highway 5 (usually crossing in Mexicali.) The problem with San Felipe is that lodging tends to be very pricy. In the future (I've made this trip twice - I live in Loreto) I will probably cross and stay in Mexicali, then drive to Guerrero Negro the following day, skipping San Felipe.
On the other hand, San Felipe is a nice little town and very accessible from southeast California and Arizona. So, if you're camping, it can be a very good and convenient option for a long weekend in Mexico without the issues attending border towns.

Property manager lied about not having a complete power failure in the area. She could not be contacted because even the cell service was affected. Denied our request for a refund because we weren’t going to stay in a room without A/C in 118 degree temps. Place was a condo w extra charges for linens and towels and was not “on the beach as advertised” but rather on a bluff in a gated community.

San Felipe is a known for it's offloading adventures and is a stop on the BAHA 1000. The beaches we went to were not super nice and lots of dead fish and garbage but I 'm sure there are nicer places. The town has tourist prices so is not much of a value of cost vs niceties. but its a great stop for food and offload sports.

Great beaches, great food, lots of great restaurants on the Malecon and friendly people. Rice and Beans on the Malecon has great clams and shrimp dishes for dinner, Rosita's has a wonderful breakfast, Taco Factory has great molcajete and margaritas. Take a drive to Percebu, about 20 minutes south of town and enjoy a Cazuela bowl. Or drive 2.5 hours to Gonzaga Bay and enjoy lunch at the Eco Resort on the beach.
Gaby and Chris were the Best hosts! They are so innovative! Repurposing a bus, container and mu h more to create an oasis of calm in San Felipe! We stayed in the "yellow submarine" a container house. It was perfect for us! Well appointed and a private patio. We ordered a cheese plate and it was delicious and fresh! We walked to the nalecon for breakfast, about 3 miles round trip. Enjoyed the sauna and had the best massage in ny life!
Hotel is easy to find. Has an excellent restaurant. We were so lucky to arrive at the end of a long drive and be treated to live music from two excellent musicians. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Brought us a heater and a refrigerator.
Nothing. The place was not an “Inn” as advertised. It was also not on the beach as advertised. The property manager lied about the Northern Baja power outage that affected all of San Felipe where we waited in town two hours trying to contact her.
The location was excellent. A huge plus was the fact that you had access to a private pool and beach at a resort 15min from the hotel. This fact will make sure that I use this facility again.
We were situated on a very pretty and quiet beach less than half a mile's walk from the Malecon, or downtown boardwalk. The hotel had it's own little restaurant which was handy.
cute hotel, restaurant/ bar and live music on site! block from the beach, close to shopping, Malecon and many restaurants. also the staff is super friendly and helpful!
Price is USD higher than expected! We should not pay $150 per night for a room in Mexico and especially in San Felipe! I think around $70 to $80 would be a fair price!
