The location is excellent, very close to Santo Domingo, the Cultural Museum, Botanical Garden, loads of galleries, restaurants and El Rito (for those who like chocolate). The staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were on the firm side, which for us were perfect, and the room was very quiet at night. The breakfast on the terrace was great.
