This little hotel is amazing! The property and rooms are much more beautiful than you can tell in the photos— we were in an oasis from the time we entered the property. The check in staff was friendly and professional, and the rooms are spacious, very clean, and smell like a spa.
The staff will ask you what you’d like for breakfast the next day, and they prepare it for you as you sit in the garden dining area. Coffee is great, and attention to detail is exceptional.
The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the city center, where I’d recommend Tacos Don Lalo— they were some of the best tacos I’ve ever eaten. The streets around the hotel are a little bit dark, but we saw so many locals walking about—kids running around, women walking alone— so I felt comfortable walking in town in the evenings.

The location overall was good. We were almost at the end of the main strip and it was a pleasant walk to the town center (the plaza). The staff quickly accommodated our request for the bed sheets to be changed since we saw a strand of hair on the bed sheets. The Tamasopo Cascadas were 2 kilometers away from the hotel, so in our car it was about a 6 minute ride. The price was quite good for the accommodations. We were very glad that the air conditioning worked because the heat is pretty strong in July.
Easy to find property with parking behind a gate. The owner speaks English and was very friendly and accommodating. We needed to wash our car and she assisted in finding someone to clean it
A taco truck was onsite for dinner and was very good. We ate breakfast twice at the hotel and the service and food was excellent.
It was a very quiet and safe property. Well maintained and beautiful gardens. We would recommend staying here.
Close to both Puente de Dios and Cascada Tamul.
Is very good for what you pay. The staff is kind and the facilities are clean and good. The point there is a parking inside the hotel plus the hotel is very close to Gods Bridge and Tamasopo Falls is great. Despite there is not kitchen on it is not a problem because you can go to downtown to get some food or eat in the restaurants.
The location is great, the pool is very nice and clean, the proximity to the river is a big plus, you can not swim in the river from the hotel, but 3 minutes away in car there is the Hacienda Gomez and it's 7 cascades where you can swim.
Note, it does have private bathroom .
This is the nicest hotel in town. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Parking right outside the door was very handy. The shower had lots of hot water.
It was very cold during our stay and there were extra blankets. Location in the centre of town.
The staff was extremely helpful. They provided suggestions on what excursions to do visit on which days and the distance from the hotel. They made us feel comfortable and safe with such comfortable vibes. The downtown area was walking distance with many food options.
Super cute decorated hotel, with wifi and two big beds. The staff was super nice and we could even park in fron of our room, it was really comfortable!
They also have a cafeteria were the two girls working there prepared us an amazing breakfast. Totally recommended!
We originally planned to stay a couple of nights but extended our stay as the area has so much to offer. The hotel owner and staff speak English and are amazingly helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
Location was convenient to Tamasopo water park. Our room was clean and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. There was a mini fridge in the room and complimentary bottles of water. Free parking.
The hotel is not fancy but has everything you need to enjoy the Huasteca. They even have a nice pool what is a plus.
The restaurant at the hotel is probably one of the best options in the whole town.
Fantastic hotel! Great location, beautiful setting, sweet treed patio, good restaurant on site, clean and the best shower by far I’ve had in Mexico. I would definitely recommend this place.
Location is 5mins by car to Cascada de Tamasopo. The room is decent, just for sleeping. Budget friendly. Also close to the small plaza in town so easy access to food.
