The hotel is spacious and provided with quite complete facilities e.g. big swimming pools, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym. A good place for short vacation. Beware of booking online through their website though.
Beware of booking online through their website though. A colleague of mine did so and the transaction site said the transaction failed. He tried again and again it said it failed. Upon getting to the hotel he was told he had multiple bookings and his credit card had charges. The only point of contact to amend it was a phone number and an email. After calling, they didn't offer to reverse the transaction. They offered to change the date but insisted that the new date be decided on that day itself. After speaking to some of the staff it would appear that this is not an isolated incident but it happens all the time. Good place to visit if you want to visit the livelihood of the locals. Need transport to move around the place. Chukai is the nearest township. If one is looking for good local massage you can go to Tanamera Spa in Chukai town. The Awana World Kijal golf course requires major upgrading. The shower knob was hard to twist. Hurt my hand everytime to take a shower. Anyway, I like the welcome chalk board and coffee & biscuits provided. Stated beach front but actually no entrance to the beach..

The host is full of consideration n has a kind hearted. She gave us extra long time for us to check out . The house is big and it's also fully furnished .. The hotel resort was great. Superb scenaries and beaches. Friendly staff and very helpful. Very relaxing environment. Great place for some quiet and peace. Great family outing. No regrets and very enjoyable stay. Have been here many times and yet still favourite beach resort.
