There's a lot such beuatiful beach that I doest have much time to explore more, Pantai Air Papan and awesom view at Pantai Penyabong and Pantai Pasir Lanun. I will explore more kampung area for my next trip. Kuala Rompin also not far away from Mersing. A lot of place you can eat for celup tepung with fresh big prawn and sotong also. Please go and explore your self.

Pros: Nice place for staycation with family.

Pros: Nice place for staycation with family. Peace and quiet. The pools are awesome however the beach is relatively dirty with debris. Breakfast was lovely and variety. The karaoke room was great. Cons: Front desk service was terrible.

The hotel rooms and house is quite well maintained.

The hotel rooms and house is quite well maintained. But staff seems to be not trained for their job. They are friendly but don't have any skills or understanding about what customers want. Check in takes 30 min although no other customers. The beach right in front of the hotel is full of waste! Nobody cares! So stupid! Food is simple, but ok. Towels in the room are stinky. Windows to seafront are never wiped. To make it short: Just a few changes would change so much to make it a good hotel!

For solo travellers, Kuala Rompin has offered a variety of places to go such as the Endau Rompin National Park, rivers, beaches and several other spots for relaxation and outdoor activities. For food lovers, you can taste the variety of plates of seafood at restaurants around here. Lobsters, prawns, squids, sea fishes, river fishes are freshly served here. The price is considerably inexpensive. For those who want to go to Tioman island, the Tanjung Gemok jetty located the most southern of Kuala Rompin is the quick access route to the island compared to others.
