The owner of this homestay is a wonderful and patient man. He contacted us 2 days before arrival to check we were ok and offered some advice. It is a great location if you are visiting the Malaysia National Elephant Conservation Centre which was a wonderful day (I recommend you take the Educational Guided Tour, just contact them by email at first and they reply in a day or 2. The homestay is in a lovely tropical garden with pineapples, dragon fruit and other amazing plants to see. the owner takes good care of the garden and harvests the fruit so please take care but we were free to explore carefully. The owner even gave us a quick tour of the garden and explained about the plants. A wonderful stay highly recommended.

Mattress, pillows, furniture all pretty old but still served the purpose.

The house was big enough to accommodate the 13 pax of my family. The facilities are new and clean. It’s good that it has two bedroom downstairs so the elderly can opt for the room downstairs.
The kitchen is big, easy and clean! We had a blast!

The location of the place was perfect as near the main toll exit and under 20mins to the nearest town.
The rooms were all spacious, clean, and well-equipped
The owner of the place is helpful as being contactable through WhatsApp in case of any queries.
Considering the space and available kitchen amenities, I felt that the price was very reasonable and provided great value for money especially when travelling with larger group and elderly people
