Located near the Keukenhof which was why we booked, for a relaxing visit to the gardens.
However the lack of sound insulation and the noise experienced on our 2 night stay was unexpected and unacceptable .
Breakfast was nice and the rooms are as they are shown on the photos. The Noise spoilt it for us.

Room was neat and clean, very modern and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out process, the area was quiet and provided a beautiful view onto the tulip fields. Would definitely return.

Lovely comfortable bed very clean accommodation, everything you need. Perfect location for shops restaurants and tulip park and fields absolutely lovely stay. Host Caroline was in contact on WhatsApp and was very helpful with my gluten free diet recommending restaurants that were safe for me. And helped us with a taxi when one didn’t turn up for the airport. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel facilities were excellent.
The hotel facilities were excellent. It was quiet but well-located, with friendly staff. Everything was clean and the bed & pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The purpose of our stay was to visit the Keukenhof and that was an easy walk away. Town is also pretty and worthy of a visit itself, with specialty shops, as well as nearby supermarkets. Restaurant at front of Hotel was lovely with cosy atmosphere, welcoming, friendly staff and good food. Others nearby also very good with wide variety of food choices.PeterAustralia - 10Scored 10

Very friendly town, had the feel of a.country village community. Visitors made to feel welcome. some good bars,.cafes and.restaurants but not overly 'touristy'. We stayed 3 nights, which was aboout the right length of...
We stayed 3 nights, which was aboout the right length of time. It was an easy bus ride from Schiphol airport (no 361) and a 10 minute walk. We spent a whole leisurely day at Keukenhof which was stunning. On a rather wet day we went on a pleasant 1 1/2 hour canal boat cruise past the dykes and windmills and through lakes starting at Lisssebrug at the bottom of Kanaalstraat (15-20 minutes walk from the hotel). We also went in the Black Tulip Museum, which was rather small and overpriced for what was there. If it had been better weather we would have cycled round the local area on the very good cycle tracks. There was plenty of bike hire places including at our hotel. There was a lovely Greek restaurant in town, and a very good restaurant at our hotel (De Duis), where we also eat at. In the shopping parade was a lovely café which did excellent light lunches.

Hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness & friendly staffs. Surrounded with convenient shops/restaurant. We missed the Tulips season, it is only about 10 minutes walk to Keukenhof Garden. We will definitely come back to stay at Hotel Lisse. Thank you

The town had many good shops for clothing and restaurants/cafes. Our hotel was centrally located and the staff offered helpful information of what we needed to find in regards to a postal office and bus lines.

Bus stop beside the hotel (line 50): very very practical to go to Leiden or to Haarlem, or to catch the train at Sassenheim for reaching Den Haag or Amsterdam. The staff members were nice. The room was clean. Restaurant/bar just below: very practical when it is raining and you don't want to go outside for dinner or for a drink.
