Suzzane was a wonderful host with an amazing place in Lottum! Rosa Arvensis is an absolutely great place for a peaceful getaway! The room was big, clean, comfortable and cozy! The sauna was great too and to top it all off the breakfast was brilliant! Already looking forward to another weekend!!

Very friendly helpful staff. Beautiful suite with patio on the water front. Very comfortable bed and lovely bath. Breakfast was fresh with lots of lovely options ( beautiful warm brown bread). Great evening meal outside at very reasonable cost. Would defy love to return.

Breakfast was amazing, generous and delicious. The bonfire that is lit every night was one of the best features, we made lots of new friends just by sitting around it. The entire place smells like fresh herbs and homemade goods. There are plenty of drinks and snacks available around the property. The park with the lake is beautiful.

Lovely family business in Velden with convenient distance to Venlo. Very pleasant stay in cosy room just above stylish sport bar but still very quiet though. Excellent service and breakfast. The option of restaurant meal next door for dinner. Really nothing you could complain about, recommended.
