We’ve got a spacious room, well warmed and clean. Good mattresses (it’s the hard ones for us), but far from softness dark colored towels.
There is a kettle, coffee machine and a set of tea bags in the room.
Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned during 3 nights stay (no vacuum, no fresh towels, nothing, even trash bags were not replaced).
For breakfast, it was a bit awkward to wait when the waiter brings you a plate and cutters, we even had to ask for plates. Plates are not served at tables or in a pile next to the food, as it is usually done. I’m not sure what is the reason of the hustle to go back to kitchen to bring sets for each guest.
Decent variety at breakfast for early birds: yogurt, omelette, cheese, croissants and pancakes, boiled eggs, 2 types of juices, for coffee / tea you also need to ask; at around 9.20 you’ve got what is left, which was kind of okey in the end.
It was great to learn that there is a luggage delivery, when I saw other bags labeled at the reception. Our luggage was delivered directly to the ferry. As I understood, all hotels do this. But still, very helpful.
WestCord Strandhotel Seeduyn is located in a quiet setting right near the beach. Enjoy wonderful views on the North Sea and have fun in the pools or on the bowling lane.
