Breakfast was not included. The location was very nice secluded among other pretty and old Dutch buildings in the neighborhood. The freeway A1 is in the vicinity and one can hear it. We were greeted nicely and the reception as well as checkout was uncomplicated.

The room was lovely and quiet even though it faces the highway and it was New Year’s Eve. The beds and bedding were great. The bathroom and bathtub were fantastic. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was extensive and tasty.
