Heartland Hotel has a very warm & homely atmosphere, we very much enjoyed our stay. The room was super clean and comfortable. The room service was delightful and there are many other services available as well. Convenient location and approx a 5 minute walk from the CBD.

    It was close to the lake but about a 15 minute drive into Queenstown city centre so not really ideal if you plan on hitting the clubs constantly. You definitely need a car, it’s about $45 one way for an Uber. It was brilliant for taking nice like walks along the lake and chilling, reading etc.
