The rooms were extremely comfortable, well appointed and spacious. The bed was more than comfortable. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. The location couldn’t have been better, walking distance to all restaurants and shops.

This is a very clean and spacious place to stay in Rotorua (though we did upgrade to a larger room which had fabulous views and a living space). It was very quiet at night (so good for sleeping). The staff were really friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. We didn't go into the bar but it looked lovely and seemed very popular.
It's very centrally located so it makes the perfect base from which to explore the city but be aware of the parking charges if you're arriving by car. I'd not hesitate to stay here again though, it's a super modern and clean place to base yourself in this lovely town.
