I checked in late so unfortunately wasn't able to check in in person but the hosts left welcoming and clear instructions for me. The studio was extremely clean and comfy and overall a pleasant stay :)

Staff were lovely and accommodating. I had originally requested a room upstairs but once we got there I realised I wasn't going to be able to take one of our heavy bags (28kg) up the staircase. I asked if there was any rooms left on ground floor and the staff member checking me in was happy to change my room to a ground floor one, no issues at all. Room was large, clean, warm and comfortable. Great value $$$
