The location is great, with weekend market, chocolate factory all at door step. We love the lawn and hedge. The premise and garden look so beautiful in the evening setting sun. The room is super clean, everywhere, this must have been done with high standards of quality management.

The welcoming was friendly and special. Lionel welcomed us with a lovely sign and welcome drinks. The facilities are incredible. You don’t need anything at all because it’s all supplied. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The pool is lovely. The bed is extremely comfortable. We loved the little treats that we got every day when we came back from our time out exploring. The breakfast is amazing as well. A very special place and great for time out and to relax. Thank you Lionel and Rob for being amazing hosts. We loved our stay!!! And would highly highly recommend.

This is an exceptionally clean, tasteful, comfortable, well-appointed, spacious, modern 3-bdrm/1 bath home with laundry, on a quiet road in a life-style block in farm country, about 10-15 minutes from downtown KeriKeri.
Entrance was easy. Spoke to Leanne (host) by phone who was very cheerful and lovely.
Warm and cozy fireplace. Electric blankets for chilly nights. Brilliant night sky as no lights around (if not cloudy).

This is great stay specially with kids. It's got a games room and two swimming pools overlooking the front beach. The Restaurants, shops and peer is with in walking distance. A big up for housekeeping and the beds are a bliss to sleep on. I love the fact that our room has a communal basin (kitchen and bathroom Basin) outside the bathroom and that the toilette is separate from our bathroom which incl a shower and a bath. Reception and night staff is always available and very helpful will surely visit again when exploring the Bay of Islands.
