I gave it a 10 as for the price it is excellent. Yes I could mention details but non important when you are on that price point. I have stayed in not as good for twice the amount so yes for what you pay it is even an 11!!! Welcoming staff, breakfast for $5 is decent. The room and bathroom were clean. The size of the room was great.

Comfortable bed, good air conditioner, nice view, good balcony, excellent location. The afternoon-night shift staff were helpful and friendly, I forgot my swimming trunk at the swimming pool and they kept it saved and returned it back to me. The swimming pool area at the top floor was excellent.
