Wow, what a nice place! Apparently just reopening after covid and typhoon. Dont hesitate if you are lucky to get one of the few rooms available. Located in a beautiful garden with lots of flowers , birds and butterflies. Great restaurant. Great host. Close to the birdwatching spots. The food is soooo good, maybe the best breakfast in asia?

Lhoy and Jean were really lovely and hospitble. Jean was very attentive to our needs and cooked amazing local food with affordable price. Lhoy can help you with your itinerary if you haven't got one. He also provides tour packages and will be your own tour guide.
The "bahay kubo" was nice and basic. If you like to experience the provincial Filipino life their place is perfect! You can hear the crickets, geckos, and frogs at night and the roosters in the morning. They don't have hot water for shower but the weather is too hot you wouldn't want a warm shower!
The garden was amazing. Lots of orchids and other fruit bearing trees.
They're place is about 3-4 kms from Chocolate Hills and Adventure Park. It is also near the public market.

The hosts odelia and lito were incredibly friendly and attentive. Their service truly deserves more than a ten. They even went above and beyond by personally driving me to the bus station.
The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, making my stay even more enjoyable. The fact that they also offer scooter rentals on-site was extremely convenient.
The location of the hostel was ideal, just about 15 minutes away from the famous Chocolate Hills.

Definitely would recommend staying here. Great value for money if you are looking for a good stop off in Carmen. Lino, the owner, is really friendly and helpful if you are looking for things to do. The breakfast was good and the cafe also serves good dinners.

It was a very special experience inbetween nature and mountains with a fantastic view on the sea and sunsets. The apartment was very beautiful and exactly as you can see on the pictures. The outdoor bathroom was magical, especially in the mornings with the first rays of sunshine. We enjoyed our time a lot and both owners were very nice and helpful all the time. Because of the location in the middle of nature, you can order different dishes from local authentic ones to more western ones - breakfast, lunch or dinner, whatever you need. On top of that the fridge is full of different drinks. So no need to go grocery shopping before. We would come back again.
