Bialystok is a really lovely city. Lots of parks, free mini zoo in one of them. There is a palace with nice walking grounds. Everything is quite compact since Bialystok is not very big. Yet there is enough to see for at least a full day visit. Probably more if you want to go to museums, visit the palace, spend some time in one of old town Cafe and so on. Worth visiting at least once.

Beautiful old town, but very small.
Beautiful old town, but very small. It will take you at most an hour here. It is not possible to see the Branicki Palace from the inside, entry to the museum is only for cash. Exchanges are closed on Sundays, so it is not possible to enter this museum.
A wonderful and delicious breakfast at Kafejeto Arkadiusz Klinicki, street Mazowiecka 48.

Very beautiful city with all the amenities of a big city but the peacefulness and slower pace of a smaller town. Amazing Park Branickich with its palace and gardens. Main Street closed off to car traffic to allow for a chillout cafe / restaurants experience by the Ratusz. Great public transport, cheaper prices than the capital and lots of cultural happenings all year round.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. They gave us a free room upgrade which was amazing. Hotel is dog friendly (extra charge 100zlt), our dog also enjoyed his stay. Hotel is next to old town and parks, great location. There is big parking lot next to the hotel, it is free on weekends and weekdays from 17:00-09:00 so we didn’t have to pay. Good breakfast.
The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are very cozy and quiet.
A kind of party happened at some point, but it didn't bother me. Also, the hotel clearly notified me in advance about it.
They have a restaurant in the hotel for dinner. That was quite useful.
The food there is quite nice and I have nothing to complain about.
The hotel administration was very helpful in accommodating my needs. For example, to keep my luggage after checking out, even though they had a renovation going on and closed the hotel during the day. I appreciate their effort to translate my questions and help me. The hotel itself is very tidy and well-managed.
Unable to comment as I was held up at the Poland Lithuanian border for over 3 hours
Long truck delays on the road
Got to the place just after midnight
Do just left it
Not good waking up people that late
Did phone call but no response
It is very nice, cosy, relaxing hotel with nice spa zone and excellent restaurant, for me it it the best stylish hotel biutique in Bialystok. I also recommend to buy food or drinks in their mini shop because of exclusive quality.
Great hotel with free parking. Reception open, so even with a very late booking we got everything sorted by arrival. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast with possiblity to take some food to go.
I spent three weeks in this wonderful apartment located in central Białystok. The apartment was full of high-end appliances and very cozy. The owner organised cleaning once-per-week while I was there.
Hotel is very nice decorated. Staff is hospitable and caring, family - like atmosphere. Highly recommend. Breakfast with great variety of food and drinks. All the best to staff.
The Hotel is placed central to old town, besides it was quite silent in night time. There is a nice Restorant RAJ on street close to it.
Very good meals there.
Well, the location is still good :) And beds ar comfortable. But after the last stay (we have visited this hotel not once for sure) this is all we liked
