The place is very quiet and you can rest very well, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, the bathroom was incredibly clean, in general the whole apartment, congratulations for taking care of this aspect, the bed is comfortable and the pillows too.
We really liked the owner's attention, he was very polite at all times, he was friendly and he helped us with everything we needed.

I like the interior decoration of the lounge areas, and easy access to the bar. If you are waiting for someone to arrive at the hotel, you can wait comfortably in either area, and keep an eye on those arriving.
When leaving, they gave me a couple of extra hours in the room without charge, which was a nice leaving present.
When I arrived at 2am, I gained access to my room quickly and easily.
I did get poor service in the restaurant, but that was the first time it has happened...

The hotel is in a fantastic location and my room was both clean and homely. The breakfast is excellent: the buffet includes a wide range of food, including a hot option. The breakfast room is also very pleasant: guests can see boats passing by.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient - a short walk from the university and a short tramride from the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful; I had a problem with the room and they sorted it out immediately and efficiently. The breakfast buffet selection was very good. It was overall very good value for money and I would stay there again.
