Rooms lovely size had small fridge internet fine accessible room great size for wheelchair user although not in the city the trams were brilliant to get into Krakow and wheelchair accessible and it was good that the hotel was surrounded by trees . The staff were very friendly and helpful

Lovely hotel ..stayed there previously. Lovely staff. Great room. Not the most comfy pillows.
Breakfast although quite expensive was great.
The restaurant very nice but I am a vegetarian so disappointed no evening meal suitable. Choice very limited.
However all in all would recommend.
