I booked 1 room for 3 adults from 15th till 16th of March. I was planning to check in at 22 in the evening of the 15th , but we lost of time at the border and arrived at the hotel at 23-45 of the 15th. The hotel was closed. I haven’t got email with room’s number and security code. My family and I were left outside in the middle of the night. I had to look for other hotel and went to another city. At 6-33 in the morning on 16th of March I got email with room’s number and security code. But why do I need it the next day? I’ve never seen such a terrible attitude towards guests. I demand my money back!

We stayed in twin room. Room was very tight.
We stayed in twin room. Room was very tight. You should be ready that when one person wants to go to the bathroom, the other should be on the bed. We stayed during the winter and if you are a warm-loving person - take blank/wear a termo-cloth on. Restaurant is working till 17:00 and if you will come after this time - you can't order anything on the phone, they just don't do that, you can go to the supermarket which is nearby and helpyoruself as there is a microwave on the floor. Google link to the location is a little bit farer from the location, you need to drive further in the way to the customs and then you will see the facility. But in general if you need only to spend a night before customs and you don't care - this is just fine. But I expected this place to be a little more cozy.
