From the outside, this hotel might look a bit rough on the edges, but it was really nice! Staff was friendly and nice to talk to. Breakfast was really good, liked it a lot! Scrambled eggs were very nice. Room itself was more than fine. The bed was very comfy. There is free parking and a supermarket next door. The towncenter is just a one minute walk and there are some nice places to eat.

We didn't expect too much but were very positively surprised – for what it is (a "farm stay"), this can't be beat. Had a lovely stay, cooking dinner, eating on the picnic table in the beautiful garden, sleeping well. The host is very friendly and accommodating. This place really has all a cycle tourist needs (incl. safe bike storage and a well-stocked convenience store in the village; soon also a new supermarket nearby) and the location is just brilliant, with a 50km paved rail trail leading all the way to the city of Wrietzen in Germany from the doorstep.
