I love these no-nonsense private properties who are ran extremely professionally. This 2-bedroom apartment was precisely that! If like us you value these things, this will be your go to place: 1. Use code to get in. No texting back and forth estimated time of arrivals, no leaving keys back, none of that nonsense. Use code for all 3 entrances and that's it. More frictionless is not possible. 2. Well decorated, spacious and you can tell this had the hand of a professional and creative architect. 3. Good and modern kitchen appliances, including TV 4. Toilets are very good and had already toiletries (we only needed handsoap since everything else we brought, but it's a nice touch). The cherry on top of the toilet experience are the heated floors. 5. Nice parking for the car. Can't put a price on how nice a good car park is. 6. Well located for 4 reasons: 6.1) A lot of things in walking distance, supermarkets, restaurants and even the beach if a 10 min walk does not scare you; 6.2) There's a massive shopping mall 5 mins away by car (Mar Shopping); 6.3) You will be in a lot of places in Porto, quite fast (if not on rush time) by car, including the airport itself. 7. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms can be darkened 100% very easily with a motor operated blind/blackout.

The apartment was lovely. It was private and quiet. There were sufficient amenities to wash clothes, a rack to dry them, an iron to iron the clothes after. They gave welcome bottle of wine and had plates and glasses for use. It was generally clean. The staff were helpful and responsive. I did not read the instructions carefully and ended up going to the apartment without getting my key in the city. The staff was helpful and managed to resolve it for me.
