For a rural hotel stay this was excellent. Manager Sergio was an excellent host and anyone wanting to try a rural stay in this area won't be disappointed.

This hotel is about 10 minutes away from Guimarães city center in a nice rural setting, perfect for charging the batteries. Then again, the North of Portugal is all about nature and taking the views, sights and smells in our own time. The facilities are well looked after and clean. The rooms are very spacious and carefully decorated. There are 2 pools we didn’t get a chance to use but they looked like a nice way to cool on hot summer days. Sadly didn’t make it to breakfast either.

Very helpful reception. Beautiful view on the valley. Nice swimming pool for the kids and parents to cool off. There is a nice bar (2min walk) up the road. With a very friendly owner offering good meals and drinks.
