It was a beautiful property in an idyllic, calm and peaceful location.
Beautifully decorated with everything you could need.
The views from the bedroom and lounge were fantastic and we loved how everything outside lit up at night.
Considering it was -3 degrees outside, inside was lovely and toasty and having a log burner to put on was a bonus.
The breakfast was left in the fridge for you to help yourself to plus teas and coffees as and when.
The hosts Catrine and Christer were wonderful and very accommodating - 10/10!

This hotel and location is great for reflective contemplation since it has a Christian approach and outlook. Its located close to a lake with neighbouring forest to one side and the historic town of Sigtuna on the other.

Very good filling breakfast.
Staff receptionist Ann and her team couldn't do enough for us such nice people.
My only concern was lack of transport as all taxis cancelled at the last minute. Again the staff stepped in to drive us. Wonderful people.
The other concern was that we expected to stay in the castle not the outbuildings. This should be stipulated in the brochures.
