Breakfast was included and was wide in things to choose from. From warm food (scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon) to different kinds of bread and yoghurts. There was also a gluten free section.
The room with double beds was spacious and had enough room that 1 people would still enjoy the space, the view from the 7th floor was a busy road, however I never had any problems with traffic noise or noises of other guests. The bathroom was clean, and just a bit outdated, but lacking nothing except for maybe a smaller shaving mirror (which I didn't need).
I choose this hotel because of the location of the seminary in a close by facility.

A very nice place. Lovely decorations. Large rooms and kitchen. If you are thinking about cooking during your stay, you will be happy to find the fully equipped kitchen and lots of room in the fridge. The location is really good, 10 min walk to the center of the city, and nearby there are lots of good stores and restaurants.
