Friendly staff, quick and easy check in and check out. Restaurant in the hotel which also did breakfast, and allowed us to take the food up to the room, and also accommodated later working hours for us who arrived late.

Staying out of this property as much as we could! Note: As you can see from their response, they are also racists! I am not a Romany and even if I was, it shows how derogative and racist they are! And complete liars! Other reviews also said this place is dirty! Unable to upload more pictures; working on it with booking.com to evidence the truth. They have admitted raising their voices! Yes, they were shouting and were extremely rude. I don't use foul language, especially in front of my child, so this is a lie. I tried to liaise with them as best as I could, but all they did was threaten me with the police! Their response shows exactly what kind of people they are, lies upon lies. I have proof of everything! No documentaion was requested for tax, first I've heard of it. Never heard of any vouchers either. 3 of us stayed at this place, which supports the booking information, and I never claimed otherwise. Screaming children every morning, staying in the next door cottage, (Czech family) don't mind screaming children, not when the house is advertised as private! The child is her grandson - more lies, & he shouldn't be in an area people are renting! The dirty linen stunk of smoke on the first night and thereafter. We did not have a BBQ once! Wash the bedding once in a while, please! There was no plastic in the toilet - we hardly stayed there due to the aggressive owners. If I stay out all day and return in the evening, sorry what business is it of yours? Again, shows the kind of people they are, coming up with ridiculous statements! My siblings wanted to pop over after we scattered my father's ashes - altogether 5 people (not 20! - more lies) for which she wanted to charge me for their visit?! Of course they were waiting for my review! They knew how they behaved, so they were expecting me to give a true overview, what went on and thus they needed to come up with lots of lies in order to justify themselves.

The location was very good. The room was spacious and beautiful.
