It is a self-contained unit / bungalow - 1 room and a sliding door for the bathroom. There is a roof terrace where you can sit. It is a quiet area, and not too far from a couple of outdoor restaurants. One that is good value and the service is very good, pick your own meat and vegetables to cook in a pot. It's ok for a night or two.

It is the perfect overnight stay on a road trip from Chiang Mai to Hua Hin. After a 500 km drive, park the car, relax in the comfortable room and have a reasonably priced delicious meal at the on-site riverside restaurant. Great sleep in a very quiet room and a great breakfast catering to Thai and Western tastes. We were the only foreigners staying there but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Probably helped that we can both speak a fair amount of Thai.
