Beautiful location. As per the name, it is peaceful here. Very friendly staff and fantastic food. Very nice and quiet.

We spent only one night at this accommodation but nevertheless it was a wonderful experience. My favorite part was that the place was very relaxed, quiet, peaceful, with little to no traffic around, which is the case in most of Thailand. House that we rented was spotlessly clean, with all important amenities (fridge, kettle, two airmchairs). It was also modern and well sealed so there were no lizards, cockroaches or any other animals entering. Take your time to chill in a cute, European inspired Baroque garden. There is a cafe with good cakes and drinks. They also serve delicious food. We tried makarel soup, fried crab, salmon and everything was good. Just make sure not to bite through chili that is floating in the soup as it's extremely spicy. In general I highly recommend to stay there, especially if you want to relax and unwind.

Excellent clean bungalows, with good facilities, good air conditioning. Nice peaceful part of the island, only 15 minutes walk north of the pier. Nice beach within 2 minutes walk, though the beaches on the west/southwest are better for swimming.
Lots of good restaurants, cafes within easy walking distance. If you hire a bike you can get anywhere in the island very quickly.
Quiet at night (no noisy beach bars/parties nearby).
Excellent food and drinks at the restaurant there. I ate there every evening.
Very friendly and helpful owners, who were always around.

The bungalow, literally on the beach, was just like a TV advert - decking onto the sand, hammock and coconut trees framing the view of the beach and sea. Lots of soft bean bags around the site - even a little tree house. The staff cleaned the beach every day clearing any debris from the outgoing tide.
The Bungalow was simple in terms of facilities - only a fan (which was fine), but no fridge (which would have been a bonus). Cleaning is done when requested. Towels could have been better and more of them. Bar was good (if a little pricey). Food was good, but slightly limited.

These two rooms stand a minutes walk from the main resort, have a garden in front and a view to the sea. The room is large, comfortable and spotlessly clean and there is a large terrace.
We loved the restaurant and everything we tried was delicious. The breakfast was the best we have had in three months of travelling.
The pool, relaxation area and access to the beach were great.
What makes this place really stand out though are the staff who were friendly, efficient and couldn’t do enough for you.

Dorm beds are proper mattresses so pretty comfortable and each bunk had full curtains.
Facilities are pretty clean
The dorm rooms are also usually really quiet so you can get sleep any time of the day or night without being woken.
There’s a nice communal area across the road with a kitchen and hammocks and it’s great for meeting other travellers.
Over all super good value for what you pay I’ve stayed in much worse hostels for a lot more money plus you can extend your stay for as long as you’d like so you can book for a night or two to see if you like it first
