The guest is very satisfied with the location of the hotel. It is close to the bus terminal. Going through the Taksin shipyard and reviewing things there. Has character and some past history I am sure. We ate at the resort because they order whatever you want and their family brings it in for you at anytime. Breakfast was exceptional, a mix of european and thai and fitted our family. Easy to get around; however, would try and find an easier route to get to the Meena, we did not have GPS, so we ended up inside of the town and had a long drive to the resort.Suzanne PThailand - 6.0Scored 6.0

We went to the National Park, which was close, to see the waterfall. Ha ha ha ha, climbed up many steps and there it was, a little trickle of water falling down a hill....ha ha ha ha. Would not recommend this tourist attraction. Of course, I have been to real waterfalls, and so maybe that has something to do with my remarks.

We really liked Chanthaburi.. after Chiang Mai where we live, really enjoyed getting around so easily, and just 30 mins from the beach. Over the 4 days driving around it i reckon it's got everything. Pity we can't move here.ChrisUnited Kingdom
