Spacious room,very clean as staff on point.I was told in conformation email my room would be "disabled friendly,rails in shower/toilet etc"..As an amputee I was disappointed it was a ground level room with no rail to go up the admittedly only 2 steps but still needed,and no rail whatsoever in the bathroom,Instead in the bathroom upon opening the was a 3 appx 7cm dropped floor.Whuchbis quite an ordeal for someone who has no feeling in lower extremities(legs).
I refused change of room,stubborn I guess,but had already unpacked and sorted ourselves..
Turned out ok in hindsight,great staff as said,and location.

BKL Happy World is a family run waterpark with accomodation. So you can take a swim even during the dry season. The owner likes to expand the facilities for more Bungalows. I had the feeling we had good luck with almost a new bungalow. Therefore everything was very clean. The owner is very fluent in English and very helpful .The resort is close to a bigger lake, good for a nice sunset . The facility offers the option for canooing. The Gym has excellent options for workout in functionality and variety .
