The facility has very clean and fresh rooms. Food is delicious and you can find the traditional Turkish breakfast though. The sun bedding area was awesome, near to the sea and comfortable. You can feel the sun and sea waves in peace.

We loved our stay at Teras Butik Apart in Karaburun. First of all the host, Orge, was super helpful both before and during our stay; he gave us suggestions and directions to get to Karaburun from Izmir via public transport and then he gave us a long list of places to visit and restaurants to try during our stay. He also helped us when we needed to order food or to book restaurants, so as to call speaking Turkish and not to get scammed as tourists. The place is amazing, our room was clean and it had all the comfort we needed, not to mention the terraces and the private stairway to the beach which allowed us to sunbathe and swim without the crowd of public beaches in summer. We would have stayed there more than 4 days because we really enjoyed the place and our stay was very relaxing. Karaburun is a gem of the area and staying at Teras Butik Apart is the best way to relax, go to the beach and enjoy the great view from the terrace.

It's a lovely boutique hotel. The view from our room to the garden / swiming pool and to the Foça bay was very beautiful. The owners did all they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The town centre of Foça is only a 15-minute-walk away. The Turkish breakfast is a real feast. They also offered to cook us a BBQ (we went for meat – the most tender lamb you can get). The hotel also has a deal with a beach club a few miles away where you can use sun umbrelas and sun loungers for free.
