We were very thankful for Mehmet who was not proficient in English but promptly attended to our queries and issues in the evening. We used Google Translate to communicate. We had to set off for a tour early one morning so we requested a simple breakfast to go, and Mehmet made it happen. Hotel breakfast was delightful. Location was peaceful. Good heating in the room.

There is no thermal water in hotel rooms. Though it calls itself Termal hotel. There is another saperate paid facility close to it which has thermal water availability. The internet quality in very poor and not available in lobby.
The staff just says that it’s under repairs.
