They treated me with utmost professionalism and kindness, providing me with everything I needed during my stay. However, it seems that there was a misunderstanding at times, which caused me some inconvenience and disturbance. I acknowledge that I played a role in this misunderstanding, . I was not clear in describing the requirements I wanted, which led to some confusion and lack of understanding. It is located in the Asian part, in a quieter location. The parking lot is large and safe. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is polite.

Clean, large rooms perfect location and friendly staff. I was served by Reyhan she was very welcoming and checked me in 3 minutes. The hotel Taxi was luxury comfortable took me to IST airport at fair rate.

We arrived for one night, and decided to stay there for 4 more nights, the hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Istanbul, it is a large building, with a huge and unique public space. A classic Turkish hotel room with a lot of history. The sleep was very good. And most importantly we felt like it was our own private apartment. Without feeling the pressure of a hotel. On the ground floor there is a spa with a hammam, saunas, and a jacuzzi, I think this is a very good hotel, with the best price you can get. I thank you for the wonderful hospitality
