This is a very beautiful hotel, right on the water, and in a safe and prestigious part of Dar es Salaam. The layout of the property is really nice. There are enough interesting places to eat/drink nearby within a 10-15 min walk.

The rooms were excellent! Air con worked well. Wifi was ok. The location is outstanding if you like to walk to restaurants, bars, vodacom, suermarkets, the beach etc. It can be a bit noisy on the weekends, as Samaki Samaki is right next door.
