The staff was absolutely amazing! This would have been a stay that upset me had it not been for them. Go see Ruby for a coffee! She is the best! Also Alesandria at the front desk was amazing. And don't miss Hilton the Cat . Such a sweet story! These are great people that work there and overcame the age and issues of the property.

I did NOT LIKE that the telephone in room 220 did not work especially during a fire emergency, I tried to call the front desk and phone was inoperable. I am disabled and asked for a FIRST floor room, but got a second floor room and when the
Fire alarm went off, the elevator was disabled and with a cane, I had to walk down the stairs which brought me unbearable pain and I was in the lobby for 3 hours and because of my pain was unable to walk to check out and had to pay for another day even asking the manager if I could have an extended check out time since I was held

The bed/matress is outstanding, not sure if were the long layovers or long flight, but the bed is extremely confortable, one night was enought to recover all the energy. The breakfast is good too, not a lot of options but was fresh and good.
