Love the staff friendliness and the fact that the place was very clean. They offered lots of tiny perks which really went a long away: s’mores and hot chocolate in the evening, water, apples and cookies throughout the day!

They have direct access to the beach which is very nice and cabana boys that will put up umbrellas and chairs. Staff was nice location was good. I didn’t feel the accommodations were what I was led to believe in the photos. Tiny tiny bathroom & barely a kitchen , kitchen facilities lacking , pull out couch extremely uncomfortable tv noisy. I thought I booked first floor facing the ocean and we got second floor facing the trees

What i enjoyed the most was the relaxing stay on the ocean...
What i enjoyed the most was the relaxing stay on the ocean on a winter weekend. Although not able to utilize the beach, for me, there is nothing more relaxing than waking up to the ocean. I don't need to be in it, just need to see it. Since i enjoy the off season quietness, i have no dislikes. perfect weekend.

Ejoyed the beacj Since the location is right at he beginning of Montauk it is mot as crowded as downtown Montauk. It is an easy trip by car to downtown for great food . The lighthouse at the end of the highway is also a beautiful spot.BarbaraUnited States

The furnished kitchenette made cooking for our family easy, but the location being so near some of the best restaurants meant we ate out a good bit, too. The condo was very clean and well stocked with amenities. Grounds are well maintained and the boardwalk out to the beach was easily acceasible and in good condition.
