The lady that helped with the food service ! She was exceptional! I was traveling with three little kids by myself for a track meet . I spilled something then I went to clean it up and she said “this is my job, you rest” that really touched me because I was already overwhelmed.

Austinburg and the surrounding area is beautiful.
Austinburg and the surrounding area is beautiful. It is close to Lake Erie with lovely drives and activities for all ages. We were there for a wedding so our time was preplanned, but driving through the area made me want to spend more time.

Air conditioner never work properly very warm setting was set for 68 I’m assuming it was a fake thermostat. 2. Bathroom horrible a toilet about 4 ft from a very outdated shower ( very old bathroom) 3. Very unpleasant smell 4. Over all room terribly outdated. I have 4 more reservations scheduled with booking and considering canceling Very upset!

The hotel stated I was on a due not rent list suddenly due to a stained with makeup hand towel. Isn’t that what your deposit used for ? Luckily sleep Inn was available and beyond satisfactory. This is a horribly managed place that doesn’t know how to be professional apparently.
