The staff went out of their way to help us out. We wanted to watch a specific basketball game, so we called ahead to see if they had that particular network that the game would be on. The staff member checked and made sure that was the case. We asked for a recommendation on a pizza location. She again came through. She greeted me by name when I checked in.
