Breakfast was the same every day. We had the buffet breakfast but this did not include waffles or an omelette as this was an extra charge. So we wouldn’t have breakfast at the hotel another time.

Very attentive staff, front desk, cleaners, food service, and manager. Comfortable few nights, felt secure even in a shopping center that's outdated, maybe being remodeled.
Beltway close, movie theater, CVS, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Baskin Robbins close by. Italian Restaurant a stone's throw away but not sure if open🤔You can walk around this location in a family, I usually drive everywhere. Beltsville suburbs is car dependent. Short drive into DC, or park at metro and take the train for museums, entertainment.
Can't wait to see what this area looks like after the remodel.

The person at the front desk was very professional and very helpful! I booked a room with a queen bed but the room he gave me was a full bed by most standard, he was very helpful and accommodating in switching me to a king seeing as their queen is more like a full. They can stand to do some renovations to the bath which had a lot of broken tiles, especially for the price. All in all my stay was good!

Adding more TV/Cable channels would help a lot.
Adding more TV/Cable channels would help a lot. Beds and pillows can be a lot more firmer to make for a more comfortable nights sleep. Because of the pandemic, I do understand about the lack of toilet tissue, but the room definitely need to have an extra roll of toilet tissue. The few things I had an issue with should not be overlooked, however, my stay was very good for the purpose of the stay and I would definitely come back as well as suggest this hotel/location to others!!!

The location was super convenient and the beds were comfortable, but I could not recommend this place to anyone. It was dirty, staff was not helpful, and breakfast had very few choices and ran out of multiple items without being restocked.

A fire alarm started sounding at 7:55 am until 9am.
A fire alarm started sounding at 7:55 am until 9am. It woke me and my partner up after having arrived the day before from a 6hour drive, super tired. We were not able to est breakfast due to the horrid noise and had to check out at 8;30 am because we couldn’t stand the noise any longer.
Its a Wyndham property so most of the time its a good hotel to stay at. Staff was attentive and pleasant. Two things we didnt like. We checked out at 11am. The coffee station was empty. Thats unacceptable for a major hotel chain. Also,we were given a room on the 9th floor which is thier top floor. However we had to deal with the loud elevator motor going off everytime someone used the elevator. So anoying and loud. Other than those 2 things hotel was good.
Nothing like it I was calling to contact them and never pick up, I was there an hour before the check in and ask how much should I paid for early check in and the lady in the front desk said “they didn’t have any room available until the check in time” 😡😠 Of course I didn’t believe her. I will never booked with their again. I have to go to other hotel and loss this reservation and my money for something possible to help front their side.
The staff at the front desk was not friendly. He didn't greet us. we walked up and he says Id and credit card. I handed it to him in his hand, when I get it back he puts it on the counter that was so rude. When I asked about a microwave in the room he was rude gave me a answer and than hung up. I will not return to this hotel at all
Good value for the money. It's not the best hotel but it came at a good price and was close to where we wanted to be.
Staff was friendly. One of our key cards stopped working and they replaced it quickly.
No breakfast was served. The hotel should be cleaner. Include microwave and refrigerator and increase the rate. The painter was horrible, lines crooked, working at night …u guys should do better
Very peaceful and quiet. This use to be the Sheraton Hotel so the look and feel of the hotel is still that level of luxury. The skyline view and room windows are also very beautiful.
The location was perfect! It was minutes away from the place I visited. Thus was my first time visiting the area.
I now have a new place to stay and visit.
